will learn about managing stress through Mindfulness, Nature Therapy, and Intuitive
Practices.
Techniques you will learn in class:
1) Mindful awareness through breathwork and body scan.
2) Grounding in Nature.
3) Intuitive Insights through personal exploration, using basic remote viewing skills.
